Offline, on purpose.
It's exhausting trying to be someone you're not.

We believe that everyone carries a unique light in their soul, and that we can all use it to illuminate the path we're meant to walk. Soul Seated helps emerging adults make contact with that light to build a life on-purpose.

Our 8-week, in-person Immersion in San Francisco is built for young adults (18–29) ready to go beyond digital dysphoria. Soul Seated Journey is a real community built to help you remember who you are and flourish with others ready to do the same. It's not about fixing, teaching, or making a plan to reinvent your life. Just becoming more of who you already are.

We’ve collaborated with leading researchers in applied mindfulness and spiritual science to build a flagship program that genuinely supports your well-being without becoming just another "to-do list" item.

Vision
A world where the next generation of young adults is equipped and motivated to handle the problems of an increasingly complex world.

Mission
To create spaces and pathways for young adults to slow down, feel like they belong, and learn how to care for themselves and others.
Why We're Here

Who We Serve
Soul Seated Journey exists primarily for emerging adults, ages 18 to 29, who are moving through the transitions of early adulthood. A lot is shifting at this stage, school, work, relationships, identity, and figuring out where you fit. We’re here to walk alongside you through that. We especially welcome those who’ve had less access to the kinds of guidance, community, and support that makes this stage more navigable. If you’ve been doing it more on your own than you’d like, this was built with you in mind.
Why it Matters
A lot of young people right now are moving through something hard. Not broken, just carrying more than feels manageable, often without the support to make it easier. This work exists to meet that moment. What we offer is grounded in both science and lived wisdom, shaped in genuine dialogue with researchers at the forefront of contemplative science and compassion research. Not because we want credentials, but because the people who walk through this door deserve work that has been rigorously thought through, not just well-intentioned.
